We offer two programs: The five week introductory (or get started) course called Virtual Facilitation Essentials . This program provides the foundations of virtual facilitation and is now approved for 8.5 hours of CCEs with the ICF. Some coaches opt to follow this on immediately to complete the Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive - a 15 hour train-the-trainer program- usually delivered over 11 weeks for those wanting to facilitate virtually - phone, webinar or other streaming platforms. The Facilitation Skills Intensive is delivered online several times a year and is also delivered in house to organizations. The Virtual Intensive is geared for those who will be leading and/or designing teleclasses, teleseminars and webinars, or needing to convert their programming to online delivery and need to figure it out fast! Programs are offered monthly in a five week or one day format. Specialized programs for organization and/or groups of individuals (minimum 6) is also possible. Follow up any of the one day programs with a deeper dive into the art of virtual facilitation. Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive - 15 hours This consists of participation in the Virtual Facilitation Essentials plus a six week additional practicum. You can add this on to any program. Alumni of the Essentials will shape out course offerings. It's an additional 6 weeks of 75 minute calls (also delivered as 2x 4 hour virtual deliveries. This program is for those that want PRACTICE and FEEDBACK on their skills. Target Audience - Leaders, Coaches, trainers and other facilitators who may find themselves leading and facilitating virtual programs by telephone bridgeline, webinar and other Real-time Virtual Collaboration Tools. Please note that this is not an e-learning course. The focus is on designing powerful virtual programs and leading conversations in the virtual domain. The same topics of the in-person two day Facilitation Skills Intensive are adapted for the Virtual Intensive. Each week we hold the call on a different platform so you get experience in participating in, and leading in, different virtual contexts. Platforms may include Skype, WebEx, JoinMe, Zoom, Blab and others of interest as identified by group members. What’s included in your registration:

Registration: Use the link below to register and reserve your spot in the Virtual Facilitation Intensive for $950 US. You have the option to pay in one, two or three installments. If you choose to pay in two installments, you will be billed for the first installment (50%) now, and the second installment (50%) will be billed to you at the mid-point of the program, or one week before the start of the two day program. If you register and want to pay in 3 installments over a 10 week session you will be billed for installment 2 at week 4, and installment 3 at week 8. In a five session program you will be billed for installment 2 after week 2 and after week 4.
