Bring Jennifer in to you organization to deliver the Facilitation Skills Intensive program. It is a two day session. We can also offer customized training for your team or organization. Minimum group size 5 persons.

We also offer the program in-person once or twice a year depeding on demand, as well as virtually.

If you can't make it to the location for these programs, you can also zoom in for the two day program and participate virtually.

Want a fast way to upskill with a broader base of virtual skills for Teams or Zoom? Join us for the Virtual Facilitation Essentials program offered since 2015 (and very popular during 2020-2022)
Virtual Facilitation Skills Essentials (5 weeks and 1 day offerings - 8.5 CCEs) (ONLINE)
We are now also offering the Virtual Facilitation Skills Essentials program - 5 weeks of 75 minute calls. This provides you with a foundation and primer in virtual facilitation techniques. Whether you are leading webinars, virtual coaching or virtual meetings, you will find practical, and actionable tips for your own calls.

The 5 week program can be followed up with a part 2  - to round out a 15 hour Virtual Skills Intensive Train the Trainer. Part two includes a s focus on practice and feedback on your skills. Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive for those who are looking to develop and facilitate in the virtual domain by phone or web.
The next Virtual Facilitation Skills Essentials and part 1 of the VFSI will start on:
Monday September 12 2022 - 130 - 3 pm ET Eastern/New York - On Zoom
These calls will run for 5 weeks, followed by an additional 5 weeks of calls for the practicum.

2025 Pricing:
Two Day In Person/Virtual programming: $1450 CDN plus HST for the two day program. Depending on when you reserve your spot you may be able to benefit from early bird pricing.

For our in-person sessions you can also zoom in and participate over the course of the two days virtually. You will participate in large group and small group discussions, as well as lead your own practicum virtually. Contact Jennifer to see if this is a good option for you.

  • 15 hours of learning in a small group context (maximum 6-8 participants)
  • a pre-call (fifteen minutes) with Jennifer Britton to discuss your learning needs
  • the Group Facilitation Intensive binder (75 pages) filled with more than a dozen tools and templates, reading lists and content,
  • a copy of the Effective Group Coaching book (Valued at $55 US) OR a copy of Reconnecting Workspaces
  • a group follow-up call one month after the event
