Since 2013 we have partnered with many organizations to deliver VIRTUAL FACILITATION Skills training. Virtual Facilitation Skills training has been an addition to our supports and training around group coaching and team coaching since 2006. Training is led by Potentials Realized founder Jennifer Britton, author of the 2017 book, Effective Virtual Conversations.
Recent engagements with corporate partners have included:
In-house virtual delivery of Virtual Facilitation Skills Essentials training (1 day virtually or delivered over 5 x 75 minute sessions. These are held on your platform or our zoom platform and typically equip a smaller group of your staff with skills for virtual facilitation. Group size is usually 4 - 15 people.
Custom Design of a Virtual Train-the-Trainer programming or Virtual Presentation Skills programs for your specific organizational needs. Whether it is a two hour session for team leaders, or one or two day programs for your training team, we offer practical facilitation tips and ample opportunities for practice and feedback.
Virtual Team Day Sessions for Teams that need to get up to speed quickly! These are facilitated sessions and can involve an off-the-shelf team day revolving around team effectiveness, and strengths, or it can be a customized offering.
Offerings of the PlanDoTrack Virtual sessions - Working through our Certified Facilitators of the PlanDoTrack Program, we have a network of exceptionally talented facilitators and credentialed coaches who can offer a variety of PlanDoTrack programming for virtual and remote leaders and teams. PlanDoTrack is the 2019 publication from Jennifer Britton for Virtual and Remote Professionals. Part workbook, part planner, it can be provided as a stand alone program.
TEams365 Leadership and Team Work trianing round out our offerings. With modules ranging from Emotional Intelligence to Team Effectiveness these are typcially 3-5 hour modules of learning. They can be delivered in one block or over consecutive weeks virtually.

The Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive is geared for those leading virtual meetings, webinars, teleclasses and other virtual training. It is offered in two parts - part 1 as the 5 week Virtual Facilitation Essentials program (which is offered virtually 4-6 times a year), followed by an additional 5 weeks of practice and feedback on your skills.
As part of the program we may also include one of Jennifer's books - Effective Virtual Conversations (2017), From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013), or Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010).
